Three ingredients sponge cake: the easy way to make it perfect

    Ingredients:
    6 eggs
    180 grams of sugar
    180 gr of flour 00
    Directions:
    Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is frothy. Then gradually integrate the sifted flour.
    Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter mold and bake at 320°F (165°) for 50 minutes.
